KCCA FC soccer Academy has a chance to open up a 12 point gap in the Treble Group as they take on Onduparaka this Sunday at Lugogo in the FUFA Junior U-17 League.
The Lugogo based side need to win with more than a two-goal margin and pray that Bright Stars is beaten Maroons to stay top of the table.
Oscar Mawa and Jerome Otim who have scored seven and five goals this season will be key for KCCA, while Onduparaka that are bottom in the group with no point will be seeking their first victory.
The FUFA Junior league caters for players less than 17 years old.
The players in this league have a chance of playing for the junior and senior sides of a premier league teams. In case a team wins with more than a two-goal margin, it is awarded four points instead of three.
In the Hattrick Group, leaders Busoga United (21 points) will play SC Villa away at Islamic University in University (IUIU) campus in Kabojja.
