The Government of Uganda received a loan from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and a Grant from the Adaptation for Smallholder Agriculture Programme (ASAP) to co-finance the Project for the Restoration of Livelihoods in the Northern Region (PRELNOR) in the districts of Acholi Sub Region and Adjumani.
