CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR UNDERTAKING FEASIBILITY STUDIES AND DETAILED DESIGNS FOR BULK WATER TRANSFER FROM LAKE BUNYONYI
- The Government of the Republic of Uganda represented by Ministry of Water and Environment through Water and Sanitation Development Facility-South West has allocated funds towards the cost of undertaking Consultancy Services for undertaking Feasibility Studies and Detailed Designs for Bulk Water Transfer from Lake Bunyonyi for Multi-Purpose use in Rubanda District and the Neighbouring Areas.
- The overall objective of the assignment is to undertake feasibility studies and detailed designs for a multi-purpose bulk water supply system, serving Rubanda District and the neighbouring areas. The proposed water supply system shall abstract water from Lake Bunyonyi for domestic and livestock consumption, and irrigation in the Rubanda District and its neighbourhood. This shall include but not limited to; Rubanda Town Council, Muko Sub County, Ikumba Sub County, Hamurwa Sub County, Bukimbiri Sub County among others.
- The Water and Sanitation Development Facility - South West now wishes to invite eligible Consulting fi rms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualifi ed to perform the services and relevant experience to execute the required scope of services.
