Fighting corruption

Five-year-old Isiko Isabirye died in a storm that wreaked havoc in Namutumba district. Scores were hurt and hundreds of families were rendered homeless as the downpour, characterized by strong winds swept everything in its path as seen in the photos below by Ivan Wakibi.
