Gulu District Local Government Procuring and Disposing Entity shall receive funds from the Central Government under Conditional and Unconditional Grants for FY 2019-2020 for implementation of various Projects. Gulu District Local Government now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of works ,supplies and services for the below listed procurement requirements under Open National Bidding procurement method and intends to dispose- off the below listed assets:-
