URA FC skipper Shafik Kagimu who guided the tax collectors to third place last season is Vipers main target.

 
As usual, Vipers will always be one of the busiest clubs in the transfer window. With few days left for the window to open on July 1, the Kitende based side is already in the mood to beef up its squad.

Reports indicate that Vipers President Lawrence Mulindwa is ready to splash any amount of money to get the gifted attacking midfielders. Vipers who finished second behind champions KCCA want to bounce back strongly.
 
Kagimu's arrival will see some Vipers' players leave the club. Apart from Kagimu, right back Paul Willa and defender Rashid Toha from Police and Onduparaka respectively are also being linked to the Venoms.
 
Vipers are also in the race to sign Tooro United midfielder Allan Kayiwa.
