REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Mercy Corps is a registered international non-governmental organization that has been operating in Uganda since 2006. Working in cooperation with communities to help build local capacity and support for economic development, Mercy Corps provides creative, transferable solutions through targeted emergency assistance, capacity building, and community driven development.
The Driving Youth-Led New Agribusiness and Microenterprise (DYNAMIC) program is being implemented by a consortium of GOAL, Mercy Corps, Restless Development and Voluntary Services Oversees and is undertaken in partnership with The MasterCard Foundation as part of the Youth Forward initiative. DYNAMIC seeks to ensure that out-of-school, economically disadvantaged youth have the skills, capabilities and support systems they require to seek and secure entry-level jobs or start/strengthen their own businesses along agricultural value chains in Northern Uganda.
