Notice from Ministry of Agriculture

1. Government of Uganda received a Credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of implementing the Agriculture Cluster Development Project (ACDP). The main objective of the project is to raise on-farm productivity, production and marketable volumes of selected agricultural commodities in specified geographical clusters. 
2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF), the executing agency, intends to apply part of the proceeds to the provision of consultancy services for the development of a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan and Manual. The main objective of the consultancy is to prepare a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan & Manual, which will guide the M&E function and execution, for the duration of the ACDP. 
3. The Ministry now invites eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
