Vision Group is running a campaign to celebrate outstanding and inspiring women in our society ahead of the International women's day next week.

Here is a chance for you to nominate any woman who inspires you.

According to Penlope Nankunda, the coordinator of the project, everyone is free to nominate any woman who inspires her or him. However, although all of us agree that our mothers are special, they are disqualified from this.

Nominations can be sent to Sunday@newvision.co.ug or whatsapp the name and reason to 0797345461.

Simply give the name and the reason such a woman inspires you.

The national celebrations to mark the international women's day will take place in Bunyangabu district, western Uganda and President Yoweri Museveni is expected to be the guest of honor.

On the same occasion, over 200 women achievers will be awarded medals.
