1. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared on the African Development Bank Group Internet Website. 
2. The Government of the Republic of Uganda has received financing from the African Development Bank (ADB) and the African Development Fund (ADF) towards the Multinational Uganda Kapchorwa-Suam-Kitale & Eldoret Town Bypass Roads Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Civil Works for the refurbishment of the a Post-Crash Center Theatre Block at Kaproron Health Centre IV). 
3. The Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) as the executing Agency now invites sealed bids from bidders for the Civil Works for the refurbishment of a Post-Crash Center Theatre Block at Kaproron Health Centre IV), under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and will be conducted in accordance with the AFDB's Rules and Procedures for procurement of Goods and Works (May 2008 Edition revised July 2012).
