Police to release report on Naalya SS fire

Police will on Monday release a report regarding the fire that gutted Naalya Secondary School’s Namugongo campus on Friday.

Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson Luke Owoyesigire said investigations are still investigating the incident but an update on the extent of the damage and the possible cause of the fire will be issued on Monday.

The fire which broke out on the second floor in the boys' dormitory was extinguished by fire fighters.

24 students were hospitalised at school clinic and 15 were admitted at TMR International Hospital.
