The seventh round of the National Motocross Championship at the Victoria Raceway Park in Garuga on October 21 will be a double action packed day.

The event manager, Jared Kalera, has revealed that the day will start with motocross action in the morning and then climax with the rally car sprint at the same venue.

"We shall start with the motocross and then the rally car drivers battle it out in the National Rally Championship sprint," Kalera said.

"Both races are on the national championship calendar and we expect stiff competition. That is why we are redesigning the rally track with clerk of the course, Cedric Buzabo, to have maximum safety measures," he added.

Rider Maxime van Pee said riders will enjoy the new said the redesigns to the track like at the banks where they have options of hitting double or triple jumps or slow sideways.

"We have a lot to enjoy and fans should bring their families," van Pee said.
