Uganda, Kampala [24 August 2018] - At the request of the Capital Markets Authority and in order to accommodate  the public holiday on 21 August 2018, the Retail Offer period published in the Prospectus relating to the Initial Public  Offering of Cipla Quality Chemical Industries Ltd (CiplaQCIL) has been extended by two business days. As such, the  Retail Offer Closing Date has been extended from Friday, 24 August 2018 to Tuesday, 28 August 2018.
