In March 2015, the Board of Governors / Directors launched a 5-year development plan dubbed Vienna College Vision 2020, which includes:

• Setting up Modern teaching facilities in the classrooms and laboratries.

• Establishment of a Virtual library.

• Improving the dormitory facilities and hygiene

• Expansion of the "Thatch"

• Paving all drive and walk ways

• Up-grading the sports and leisure facilities

• Constructing a permanent perimeter wall.
