Africa Leadership Institute (AFLI) the proprietors and hosts of the Parliamentary Performance Scorecard would like to hire service of an experienced application developer or a team of developers, architects and designers of the proposed two communication apps that will allow the citizens communicate and interact with their representatives in parliament.

The Mobi Parliament will be designed as an ICT enabled platform for multiflow of real time information from the districts councils and constituencies. It will be enabled with internet for the smartphones and the USSD for the feature phones.

The two systems will be depositing the data in a web based portal tracking real time information among citizenry and respective elected leaders in parliament. We are interested in a consultant (s) for short term contract of 21 working days to design, test and deploy a functional application.
