Our Savior to face City Oilers

KAMPALA - Champions City Oilers will try to keep up the pace with runaway leaders Betway Power when they take on Our Savior at the UCU court this Friday in the National Basketball League.

 

The Oilers who currently sit fourth in the league standings have already lost three games this season against Betway Power, KIU and most recently Ndejje in what has been an on and off season.

 

Despite their stuttering season, the Oilers who defeated UPDF 79-53 in their most recent fixture can argue that their players have been obliged to respect their National duties that have also interfered with the league games.

 

Our Savior on the other hand will try to recover their winning form following their most recent 57-53 defeat at the hands of KIU Titans.

 

David Burkowski's side had won three games on the trot before their loss against KIU.

 

The day's final piece of action will see the KIU Titans planning to pile more pressure on the UCU Canons.

 

The Canons are currently 10th on the log, only a point above bottom side, Ndejje.
