Gen. Gutti re-appointed

There has been speculation in the media that former IGP Gen. Kale Kayihura will be taken to the Court Martial.

The UPDF High Command has renewed the term of the Court Martial headed by Lt. Gen. Andrew Gutti, according to UPDF spokesperson Brig. Richard Karemire.

Their term ended recently and there were may cases they were still handling, including the one of former Boda boda 2010 leader Abdalla Kitatta and senior Police officers who are accused of kidnapping and forcefully repatriating refugees.

There has been speculation that former IGP Gen. Kale Kayihura will be taken to the Court Martial, but this has not been confirmed by the army.
