KAMPALA - As the transfer windows set to be opened next month, different players are out to seek greener pastures while others look foward to renewing their contracts.

However, it is a different story for SC Villa who are likely to lose most of their players as their contracts have expired.

Villa, who are believed to be the most successful club in the country will be forced to part ways with Martin Kizza, Henry Katongole, goalkeeper Samson Kirya,Ambrose Kirya, Abel Eturude, Yubu Bogere, Alex Semuyaba and Dudu Ramathan.

Kizza has been linked  to  either  Vipers SC or  make a  return to KCCA FC  while  Katongole is supposed to join a club in the Zambia Premier League.

Captain Bernard Muwanga and right back Joseph Nsubuga who have six months left on their contracts could extend their stay at Villa Park or look for better deals.

Nicholas Kasozi, Arthur Kiggundu, Ivan Ahimbisibwe and goalkeeper Yusuf  Wasswa  are some of the few players with a contract period that exceeds a year.

SC Villa finished third in the league with 55 points while they were eliminated in the  semifinal of Stanbic Uganda Cup by Vipers after 1-0 on aggregate.
