Note these sources will be tendered for a period of Six (6) Months.
1) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding Procedures contained in the PPDA ACT (2003), and is open to all bidders.
2) Interested eligible bidders must read carefully and follow instructions in the bidding documents for open bidding for capital projects, pre-qualification and revenue collection. Note: each item must be applied separately.
3) The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 for A& B for C as indicated from the Entity's notice-board. The method of payment will be by Bank to Mpigi District General Fund Collection Account No.9030005921707 at STANBIC Bank Branches. The document will be availed to you upon presentation of a receipt from the Cash Office to the Procurement and Disposal Unit. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
4) Submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before Thursday 14th June 2018 at 11:00am. All bids under item A must be accompanied by a bid security as indicated in bid documents, in Uganda shillings or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late submissions shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who may choose to attend on Thursday 14th June 2018 at 12:00Noon
5) Documents may be inspected/purchased and submitted, at the Address given below from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
