Uganda U-20 National team has been eliminated from the 2019 TOTAL U-20 Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Uganda Hippos went down 5-4 on penalties to Cameroon on Friday in the return leg of the second round.
Uganda won the first leg 1-0 before Cameroon picked the same result in the return leg through a Tadeus Nkeng's penalty.
Cameroon will now take on either Mali or Tanzania in the final round ahead of the 2019 finals in Niger.
The 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations will be the 15th edition of the Africa U-20 Cup of Nations. This is a biennial international youth football tournament organised by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for players aged 20 and below. Zambia are the defending champions.
