State House is in the process of developing a shortlist of Providers from which bidders will be invited to bid.

State House now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed prequalification submission for the provision of the Services, Supplies and Works detailed below; List and codes of works, services or supplies to be provided include but are not restricted to the following: 

Pre-qualification submission will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 as amended by the Government of Uganda Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from The Procurement and Disposal Unit, Okello House, Room C2 and inspect the pre-qualification document at the address given below from 9.00 am to 4:00 p.m.

The pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000/=(Fifty thousand Shillings only) per lot.

The method of payment will either be by Bankdraft or cash payment in the bank on a URA Account and thereafter get a receipt as proof of payment.
