KCCA suffered a setback in their quest for the league title after they were held to goalless draw by Maroons on Thursday.

The result left KCCA second on 44 points, five below leaders SC Villa. Vipers are third with 43 points. But KCCA and Vipers have games in hand.

The goalless draw between Maroons and KCCA gives SC Villa more chances of winning their first league title in 14 years.

The Jogoos who face  Vipers in their next game at Masaka Recreation Ground have showed character ever since the season started.
