Notice from Education Service Commission

The Education Service Commission has allocated funds in its annual budget and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds towards the cost of Supplies, Services and Works. The Commission now invites suitably qualifi ed bidders to submit sealed Applications to be prequalifi ed for provision of goods, services and works listed below, for the financial years stated above. CLICK HERE FOR MORE ON THIS NOTICE 

Pre-qualifi cation Applications will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda.

Applications will be assessed for eligibility and evaluated on the basis of their responsiveness to specifi c evaluation criteria for each category.

Pre- qualifi cation is open to all eligible bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and /or inspect the pre-qualifi cation documents at the address given below from 09:00am to 4:00pm during working days.

The Pre- qualifi cation documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Shs. 50,000 (Uganda Shillings Fifty Thousand Only).

The method of payment will be to the bank account Advised by the commission. The document will be picked by the bidder or his/her representative upon presentation of a payment slip. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
