In pictures: Mayiga's muddy visit to Bukomansimbi

So it appears it was not a wet morning in Kampala only in Kampala. Miles away, in Bukomansimbi district, residents woke up a super humid morning. The Katikkiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga, who visited the area, faced a rough and slippery time trying to make his way there.

The Katikkiro, who was on a visit to coffee farmers in the district, found a hard time going through the road.

His vehicle got stuck and some members of his team were forced to get out of their vehicles.

The pushing of vehicles lasted a long time.

However, all was not lost. Mayiga finally arrived and was able to visit various farmers in the area.

Many people, including the LC5 chairman of Bukomansimbi, Haji Muhammad Kateregga, showed up to welcome the Katikkiro, who keenly listened to what they had to say.
