Jumbo puzzle and quiz winners get cash prizes

KAMPALA - The 15 winners for the Jumbo Puzzle, Rastoon and quiz competition that featured in New Vision's special Christmas edition in December last year, have been awarded cash prizes.

There were five winners in each of the three competitions. They walked away with cash prizes ranging from sh50,000 to sh200,000.

Jumbo quiz winners are Henry Kasirye; Ssali Balikudembe, Grace Najjuka, Tom Kyambadde and Esther Bayiga.

Those for the puzzle are Ernest Olwol, Robinson Kironde, Bashira Nakazi, Francis Musisi and Vanessa Nkyeyune.

During the handover ceremony held on Thursday at the Vision Group offices in Kampala, John Kakande, the New Vision editor, commended the participants for supporting the New Vision.

"This shows that you read our paper especially the young people who are among the winners. We thank you for supporting the New Vision and on our side this is just a token of appreciation," he said.
