Uganda Post Limited has allocated funds towards the cost of Works, Services and Supplies.

The Entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the prequalification to provide various works, services and supplies for Financial Years 2018/19 - 2020/21

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method/prequalification contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (PPDA), 2003, and is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 9:00am- 4:00pm.

The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000. The method of payment will be by cash payable to the Headquarter Cashier.

Bids must be delivered to the address below in No. 7(c) at or before 11:00 am on 22 March, 2018. Late bids shall be rejected.
