Speaker suspends House over chaos

The Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga has suspended Parliament over allegations that soldiers had come in
Members of Parliament raised a concern that there were soldiers in the Catholic chapel at Parliament.
Chaos started when FDC's Lucy Akello said she has found soldiers occupying both the Catholic/Anglican Chaplaincy prayer places in Parliament.
The MPs protested and moved out of the House.
