Mityana municipality member of parliament Francis Zaake Butebi returned to the country on Friday afternoon aboard KLM flight, from USA where he had gone for further medical treatment.
Addressing the media shortly after his arrival, Zaake complained about failure by Parliament to meet his medical bills. He said he was disappointed.

Zaake's supporters were blocked by police at Kitubulu before reaching the airport. On arrival, the MP was escorted by a police lead-car and a patrol truck full of policemen to Kampala without any stopover.
Zaake was among the MPs who were injured during a scuffle in the House in late September this year after the Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga suspended over 20 opposition MPs for disorderly conduct.
