Application Forms (PSC Form 3) and job descriptions are obtainable from Public Service Commission-Kampala and District Service Commissions Countrywide, Chief Administrative Officers' and Town Clerks' Offices or can be down loaded from www.psc.co.ug website. Filled forms (3 copies) must be accompanied by 3 recent passport size photographs plus certified copies of relevant certificates, pass slips and transcripts to reach the Secretary, District Service Commission, P.O BOX 137, Kigumba within three weeks from the date of this advert. Serving officers should route their applications through their Head of Department who should be advised on the closing date to avoid delays.
