Ministry of Lands is recruiting

Oct 16, 2017

DEADLINE: October 30, 2017

The Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development is implementing the land component of the Competitiveness Enterprise Development Project (CEDP).

This project builds upon the Second Private Sector Competitiveness Project (PSCP II), which helped improve the business environment by: decreasing policy constraints; strengthening institutions, such as the Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU); enhancing the private sector dialogue; and providing support to firms.

The project aims at improving the competitiveness of Uganda and has five components which will be implemented by separate institutions. However, although the overall coordination and M & E of the Project will lie within the Project Co-ordination Unit (PCU) under the management of the Project Coordinator (PC) based in the Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), the Programme Support Co-ordination Officer and M & E Support Officer, will provide the necessary coordination and M & E support to the CEDP Land Component.

It is against this background that MoLHUD now seeks to acquire the services of a Programme Support Coordination Officer and Monitoring and Evaluation Support Officer to specifically support co-ordination and M & E activities of the project of the CEDP land component.
