On Sunday, despite losing to Tornado Bee by 7 wickets at Lugogo oval, Ghulam Hunzai and Co had already sealed off the league. They were presented with the champions' trophy during a colourful ceremony.

It should be remembered that the moneyed club graduated to division one this season following their typically flawless surge towards the division two league trophy.

They have further since spread out into a sports club with football now on their menu, after buying Katooke United, to become Aziz Damani Katooke United.

In the gentle man's game, Siva Koti reddy's Damani incorporated Masaka SS girls' cricket team into their brand.

"We are privileged to have them on full time basis" Siva Koti, the CEO of the brand said after securing the club this year. They will now open a new chapter in the riveting T20 Cup.

With their financial muscle remaining intact, this could potentially be Aziz Damani ‘s generation.
