Nyabyeya Forestry College under the Ministry of Water & Environment, has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of construction services for Remodeling of two boys' dormitories to a storeyed building at Nyabyeya Forestry College. 

The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works. This procurement is subject to exclusive reservation of public contracts by threshold to local providers

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx: 100,000/= (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) The method of payment will be by bank advice from which may be obtained from the URA WEBSITE/OFFICES or the Accounts section at the Ministry of Water and Environment. Payment can be made in any bank and the payment details presented to the Procurement and Disposal Unit at Nyabyeya Forestry College before obtaining a copy of the bidding document.
