URA unveils 10 new signings ahead of league opener

Ahead of the new season, URA FC has also unveiled ten new players at their home ground at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.

These signings include Denis Kamanzi (on loan from SC Villa), Paul Patrick Mbowa, Brian Majwega, Joseph Mpande (3 month loan from City Yangon FC), Charles Sempa, Simon Okwil, Siraje Ssentamu, Ajab Abdu Rahuman, Henry Kisekka and Steven Mpoza who steps up from the club's junior team.

URA faces UPDF in the league opener on Wednesday at Namboole Stadium.

URA failed to win any silverware last season, finishing fourth in the league and getting eliminated in the quarterfinal of the Uganda Cup at the hands of Express.
