Vietnam consulate launched in Uganda

King Ceasor Augustus Mulenga, a businessman was recently appointed the first Honorary Consul of Vietnam in Uganda. Shortly after, the government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam officially established a consulate in Uganda. It was formally launched by Henry Okello Oryem, state minister for foreign affairs at a cocktail coincided with the commemoration of Vietnam’s 72nd independence anniversary. The consulate is located in Kampala at Plot nine, King Ceasor plaza, Portal Avenue opposite Christ the King church.
