Juuko upbeat about Cranes' chances against Egypt

Cranes beat Egypt 1-0 on Thursday

Defender Murushid Juuko is optimistic that Uganda Cranes will continue to brighten their chances of making it to the 2018 FIFA World Cup finals in Russia.

Juuko made the remarks ahead of the return leg with Egypt on Tuesday at Arab El Borg Stadium in Alexandria.

"Our dream is to qualify for the World Cup in Russia. We are in good condition and ready to put up a good performance. We call upon our fans in Egypt to come and support us. We are confident that we shall put up a good fight," stated Juuko.

Cranes beat Egypt 1-0 on Thursday to break to end a long winless streak against the Pharaohs through Emma Okwi's 51st minute strike as Cranes moved top of Group E with seven points.
