The Rugby Cranes players are ready for the Elgon Cup return leg against Kenya on Saturday June 24 in Nairobi.

Assistant team captain Michael Wokorach disclosed this to New Vision after their training on Friday at the Rugby East African Grounds in Nairobi.

The team lost 23-18 in the first leg in Kampala and will be out to overturn that result.

"We are ready and we are in the mood for the game," Wokorach said.

His words were echoed further by coach John Duncan who said," we are ready and it is now the boys to show what we have corrected since the last game."

"We trained yesterday and today and the boys are motivated and ready to handle the pressure and play a territorial game and I think it is going to a good game," Duncan stated.

Duncan and Sseguya are likely to add in more experience on the pitch with Mathias Ochwo and Kevin Makmot starting the game.
