Sealed bids clearly marked "Pre-qualification for ......" to be addressed to The Head of Procurement & Disposal Unit (PDU) Uganda Technical College - Elgon, P.O. Box 940, Mbale (U).

Closing date of receiving the applications is 13th/07/2017 at 10.30 a.m. and the bid opening will take place on the same date at 10.35 a.m. at the College in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.

Bidding will be conducted according to PPDA 2003 Act UTC - Elgon reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Any form of influence peddling shall lead to automatic disqualification.
