Kampala Queens registered a win 3-2 over the UCU Lady Cardinals in the Elizabeth group of the FUFA Women Elite League over the weekend.

Zaina Namuleme notched a double before Damalie Matama added the other for Kampala Queens. Moureen Kinavudori also hit a double for UCU.

The result left Kampala Queens in fourth place in the group with 19 points,four below second placed UCU.

Defending champions Kawempe Muslim, Uganda Martyrs, UCU Lady Cardinals and Olila are the four teams that qualified for the play-offs from both Victoria and Elizabeth groups respectively.
