CONDITIONS OF TENDER

Pre-qualification submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Government of Uganda , Public Procurement and Disposal Of Public Assets Acts, 2003. pre-qualification is open to all eligible firms.

However, all the interested applicants must have the following:

1) Certifi cation of Registration/Incorporation

2) Income tax clearance

3) VAT Registration

4) Valid Trade License

5) Evidence of Financial Viability e.g. Bank Statement

6) Articles of Association

7) Previous experience

8) Bank slip of application fee

Please note that a non - refundable fee of Shs. 100,000 should be paid to the Institute Account No.95030200000613 Bank of Baroda for Bid document.

Pre-qualification submissions must be delivered to the address above at or before `12:00 noon, 12th June 2017.
