Police v Vipers (Namboole, 4:30pm)

Vipers striker Tony Odur has returned to training after a spell on the sidelines due to illness that saw him miss two games.

Odur was not part of the Vipers side eliminated from the Uganda Cup by Big League side Paidha Black Angels nor was he present when the Kitende side settled for a goalless draw with Sadolin Paints in the Uganda Premier League.

The striker return could go a long way in solving Vipers' scoring problems after going three games without finding the back of the net.

"His return will add a lot of strength and competition to our striking force. We need to get back to our winning ways," stated Vipers coach Jorge Miguel Da Costa.

Odur's return comes ahead Vipers trip to Namboole to face Police, coached by Abdullah Mubiru who started the season coaching the Kitende based side.

Mubiru will however miss the match as he is serving a two match ban for attacking centre referee Mashood Ssali at half time a fortnight ago in the 2-2 draw with KCCA.

Vipers also welcome back Siraje Sentamu and Erisa Ssekisambu.
