Kawempe Muslim registered their second defeat in women football since 2015.

The Kampala  side were eliminated from FUFA Women Cup  by Muteesa  Royal University with a 1-0 defeat.

Their first defeat was against Gafford  Ladies  2-1  last  season  in the FUFA Women Elite League.

Janat Nakibuka  scored the  only  goal for Mutesa I Royal University.

Elsewhere, UCU Lady Cardinals  beat  Western United  away  in Mbarara  3-2  while Gafford  Ladies who are still  struggling  in the league  defeated  She Corporates  2-0.

Muteesa, UCU Lady Cardinals, Olila  and Gafford Ladies will be involved in the semis  final  draws of the first edition of the  knock out competition  next week on Wednesday.
