Ivan Asaba added a double for KCCA in a 5-1 thrashing of BUL

Sadat Anaku struck a hat trick as KCCA soccer academy extended its lead atop the Treble Group of the FUFA Junior U17 League.

Anaku now with 14 goals, behind joint top scorers Hakim Ddamulira (Soana) and Fred Massa (Kirinya) both on 16 goals, put BUL to the sword in a 5-1 win to move to 49 points.

Ivan Asaba added a double for KCCA while Ivan Nabalasa scored a consolation for BUL.

In the Hattrick group, Soana moved to 41 points after drawing 3-3 with Express.

Hakim Ddamulira scored a brace before Joel Okello added the other for Soana while Billy Nkata, Sulaiman Farah and Aristotle Rutugo each had goal each for Express.

At the end of the regular season, the top two teams in both groups face-off in a playoff to decide the winner of the league.

Vipers are the defending champions.
