Ethiopia, Morocco, Kuwait arrive

EVENT: 2017 IAAF World Cross Country Championships

HOST: Kampala, UGANDA

VENUE: Kololo Independence Grounds

DATE: This Sunday (March 26)

Team Ethiopia has set foot on Ugandan soil. And with them is Genzebe Dibaba Keneni, the sister of three-time Olympic champion Tirunesh Dibaba and Olympic silver medallist Ejegayehu Dibaba.

Team Morocco and Team Kuwait are also here.

The teams flew into the country on Thursday, three days to the event due on Sunday in Kampala.

They join the likes of USA, Australia, Japan, Fiji, Sri Lanka and Lebanon who also arrived this week.

Other teams are also expected today as per the travel schedule.

Majority of the 60 nations expected for the event will fly in on Friday.
