Kaweesi's body guard lost his father three weeks back.

We the clan of Irarak Idingoi have lost a pillar because he was such a simple and responsible boy.

Kenneth Erau, Andrew Felix Kaweesi's Body guard had just buried his father on February 25th, 2017, at his home in Orungo village, Orungo Sub County in Amuria district according to his clan leader.

The Irarak-Idingoi  clan leader of Orungo sub county, Bernard Okello Egau commended the government for giving a decent burial to Erau's father, Michael Osonge who was a public servant working in Kampala.

"We the clan of Irarak Idingoi have lost a pillar because he was such a simple and responsible boy and this is why probably Kaweesi took him on as his escort,' he lamented.

Okello said, Erau was entrusted with the responsibility to look after his father's two homesteads in Kampala and Jinja. He was also entrusted to help his father and brothers' eight widows.

According to Okello, Erau had worked in police for six years and was promoted the rank of Corporal three years ago.

Police in Soroti are organizing together with the relatives to bury Erau on Sunday.

Erau is survived by a widow and two children.

Meanwhile, the leaders in Teso have joined the rest of Ugandans in mourning the Assistant Inspector General of Police Andrew Felix Kaweesi.

Unknown gunmen shot Kaweesi, his bodyguard Corporal Kenneth Erau and the driver Godfrey Wamewo as they left his home for work in his official car registration number UP4778.

Kaweesi, Erau and Wamewo were shot dead a few meters away from Kaweesi's house in Kulambiro a Kampala suburb. 

Serere RDC, Edward Onya Akonopesa describes Kaweesi as a broker of peace who managed Kiseeka market demonstrations with ease.

Ketty Akol the district speaker Amuria said she was shocked when she got the information about the death of Kaweesi on social media.

Vincent Enomu one of the leaders in Soroti was speechless when he heard of the death of Kaweesi.
