Lubega seeks professional stint in Austria

Edrisa Lubega has joined  Austrian second league (Erste Liga ) side Floridsdorfer Athletics Sports Club on six months loan deal from Proline.

Lubega who left for Austria with his coach Majid Kasule, has chance of signing a permanent deal if he impresses.

He came to the limelight during the 2016/2015 season when Proline was promoted to the Azam Uganda Premier League last season and he was also the top scorer of the FUFA Big League regular season with 19 goals.

At the time of his departure, he had scored seven goals in the league.
