Uganda's CAF Champions League representatives KCCA have put in place a number of crowd control measures ahead of their match on Friday.

KCCA face Angolan side Primeiro de Agosto in the first leg of the preliminaries.

The Lugogo hosts will for starters have four entry points instead of only one. KCCA have also effected Confederation of African Football's requirement of limiting numbers.

"Our stadium has a capacity of 10,000 but we shall be allowing in only 5600 spectators. That is exactly the number of tickets that we have printed," explained KCCA media officer Clive Kyazze.

VIPs, journalists and invited guests will access the stadium from the Forest Mall side.

Those paying sh10,000 will use the main gate while those paying sh5000 will enter from a gate that has been set at Naguru Hospital.

An emergency gate has also been set up behind the VIP stand.

In a bid boost easy viewing of the match another platform will be set up in the stadium's interior parking area.

The Phillip Omondi Stadium was last week endorsed by CAF for the CAF Champions League.

Another Ugandan club Vipers will a day after KCCA's match be playing against Comoros side Volcan Club in the CAF Confederations Cup.
