The Government of Uganda represented by the Rural Electrification Agency of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development has received financing from the French Development Agency (AFD), and intends to use part of the funds thereof for payments under provision of consulting services for the testing, inspection and certification of electricity distribution construction materials and equipment.
