The Government of Uganda has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Preparation of the Strategic Plan for Climate Resilience (SPCR), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to cover-up information gaps identified and needed for, in the elaboration of the identified SPCR investment prioritise through procurement of consultancy services to undertake a review and piloting of last-mile connectivity options to strengthen investment options for the Strategic Program for Climate Resilience (SPCR)-Uganda
