KCCA Leopards have continued to trample their arch rivals in the Pepsi National Basketball League.

KCCA demolished UCU Lady Canons 74-64 in game 5 of the best -of- seven series on Sunday evening.

Unlike the previous games, KCCA was on top of its game throughout.

The Leopards who are now leading the game series 3-2 put up a commendable performance in the last two games of the NBL Championship finals.

Muhaimina Namuwaya and Flavia OKetcho nailed a game high 27 and 25 points respectively as they led KCCA to a 10 points lead victory against the sinking defending champions.

Judith Nansobya scored 15 points for the devastated Canons but it was not enough to beat Timothy Odeke's rejuvenated Leopards.

Rosine Micomyiza and Sarah Ageno contributed 10 points apiece for the Mukono based team.

KCCA needs win one more win to attain the 2016 WNBL trophy while UCU will have to beat their opponents in the last two games of the League to reclaim their NBL title.
