Rose Matovu has assured other female participants to stay warned as she plans a comeback show in the annual Corporate Woodball circuit the coming season.

The 2015 female corporate league MVP finished fifth with 65 strokes in the final outing over the weekend to tally her final tally to 127 points in six outings.

Her plan is to reclaim her place next year.

"This has been my worst season ever but am convinced next year will be the exact opposite," said Matovu.

Mary Nantumbwe from St. Joseph's Technical Institute, Kisubi won the overall women's title with a tally of 131 points.

She secured 21 points in the opening circuit in March, and later scored 14, 23, 22, 24 and 27pts in the second to sixth outings to win the women's accolade that will be handed to her at the awards dinner slated for December 9 at the Grand Imperial Hotel, Kampala.

Bank of Uganda's Agnes Apio and Alexandria Namayo of Botladz Club finished second and third overall with 128 and 127 points respectively.

William Osire will also be crowned champion this season after toping the men's table with 179 points followed by Raymond Semata and Rodgers Tayebwa with 177 and 173 points in second and third.
